Climbing PoeTree’s acclaimed performance is composed of dual-voice spoken-word, and award winning multimedia theater that explores diverse themes, including: healing from state and personal violence, environmental justice, civil rights, spirituality, global politics, and woman’s empowerment. In this rare opportunity, they will be collaborating with Truthworker Theatre Company, whose work interrogates the prison industrial complex, interweaving dynamic multimedia performance to create a poignant conversation between the two groups.
